About the Company:

This highly successful Hospitality group boasts several highly recognised city restaurants and venues. Situated in high traffic waterside locations, the success of the venues is based on quality and service. Having recently renovated this highly visible location, they are now seeking a professional manager to help drive service and the overall business.

About the role:

In this role, your main focus will be on the management of the venue and staff, developing cocktail menus and training and developing the staff in a service focused venue. Your previous experience in a similar style role, current knowledge of food and beverage trends, and ability to build business is what we seek.

About you:

• Minimum3 years experience working in a similar role
• Good cocktail/bar knowledge in a high volume setting
• Immaculate presentation with a professional outlook
• Experience in Managing staff and dealing with the public
• Career minded
• Excellent computer skills / knowledge
• Passionate outlook on the industry and the role
• Fantastic communication skills
• A hands on team player
• On site marketing background desirable
• RSA
