Job Title: Administrative Officer Job Grade / Classification: Clerk Grade 3/4 Location: Bridge Street, Sydney
The Strategies & Land Release Division is looking for a motivated Administration Officer to provide ongoing support to the Infrastructure
You must be a team player with strong computer application skills such as MS office word, Excel, Groupwise and SAP experience a must! You will be confident with strong prioritising skills.
The position reports to the Business Services Coordinator within the Strategies & Land Release Office. The focus of this role is to provide administrative support for the efficient and effective delivery of services, contributing to compliance with appropriate legislation, policies and procedures, and process and systems improvement. This position supports the Senior Administrative Officer and is expected to contribute to the creation of a collegial team environment.
The position holder is expected to build relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders as required. You will be expected to advise other staff on how to perform activities and also know when to escalate administrative and business issues to the Senior Administrative Officer or Business Services Coordinator.
Position status: This is a permanent appointment under section 18 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002.
