An excellent opportunity to join an International Organisation looking for an experienced all rounder to join it's Accounts team located in Newington, NSW. Modern working environment, challenging role with great people to work with.

This is a full time position commencing in February/March and requires a versatile person willing to use their skills both in Accounting and Administration.

You will be reporting to the finance and administration manager and duties will include but not limited to:

  • Accounts payable including EFT/Cheque payment runs
  • Accounts receivable, including daily bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with Financial Reporting
  • Adhoc duties


  • Proven 5 years experience in general accounting in a medium business
  • Knowledge of payroll
  • Maintenance of Financial Records
  • Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge in Human Resources an advantage
  • Ability to work with multiple currencies
  • Data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 or Sage Line 50 an advantage

Successful candidate will be highly motivated, with at least 5 years experience in general accounting in a medium business, with advanced Excel skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
