Account Coordinator

 



If you want to explore the limits of your potential, this could be the role for you. We are an innovative, global, boutique management consultancy, looking for an intelligent, motivated individual to provide internal client support to our 6 Partners. This is an entry level position for an ambitious, contribution-focused graduate seeking the opportunity to gain experience in a consultancy company. You will possess a positive, learning-oriented mindset, with a strong service ethos. Proficiency in analytics and technology are a must.

Key areas of responsibility include;

  • High level of support for our Partners across our Sydney (primary) and Brisbane office, enabling them to service our clients with impact
  • Assist Partners to prepare for workshops and interventions, including refinement of presentations, formatting, editing and material preparation
  • Management of key service provider relationships
  • Administration and coordination of client surveys that measure leadership effectiveness
  • Management and coordination of client surveys that measure organizational alignment
  • Data analysis and generation of reports utilizing competencies in a variety of software packages
  • Work closely with the Research Associate to ensure the Partners have access to best practice content
  • Coordination of key logistics related to consulting engagements, and ongoing diary management/ scheduling for the Partners
  • Ensuring ????? ????? for quality and excellence are maintained across all outputs

Skillset required;

  • Technologically proficient (strong Excel skills essential, familiarity with Prezi is a benefit)
  • Strong analytic capability
  • Systems-oriented, ability to design and implement new systems where required
  • Excellent communicator – communicate with written, verbal and visual impact
  • Relationship management - ability to be hub of Partner and supplier network
  • Extremely organized with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong desire to learn about leadership and organizational transformation
  • Driven by contribution and service
