Our Client is a leading Project Management Group within the Construction Industry and seek to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator to their Project Management Team based in the CBD.
They have numerous projects in the pipeline ranging from $1M - $200M and seek to appoint a switched on Senior and Intermediate Contracts Administrator to work along side the Project Manager.
Key to securing this role is being able to demonstrate a successful track record of experience as a hands on Contracts Administrator within the Construction market.
They seek a switched on Contracts Administrator who thrives on completing tasks and negotiating with Sub-Contractors. They have strong systems in place, and are seeking a candidate with strong commercial contracts administration experience who is confident with dealing with people from all walks of life. Tertiary qualifications and hands on experience with Jobpac or Buildsoft or similar is essential.
