Ensure Recruitment specialises in Workers Compensation recruitment. We partner with Australia's leading Workers Compensation insurers and self insurers.At present their are three opportunities, with three different insurers to manage teams of between 5 and 12 staff that we cold explore together.

On offer are excellent packages of up to $92K base salary + super + bonus and various great employee benefits that allow a healthy work / life balance as well as addressing your ongoing personal and career development.

1) Front End Team Leader - Large Team

• Team of 12 staff including Case Managers, IMA, Technical Advisor and Assistants
• Focus on results, staff development and relationships

2) Front End Team Leader - Small Team - Great Step Up For Highly Experienced Case Managers

• Team of 5 Case Managers, Seniors and 1Administrator
• High performing, experienced team with strong backgrounds

3) Front End Team Leader - Corporate

• Team of 8 to 10 staff including Seniors, Case Managers and Technical Advisor
• Large organisation, lots of benefits / career growth

You need to have a very strong background in Workers Compensation and will have already gained experience successfully leading a Workers Comp team OR you are a Case Manager / IMA / Technical Advisor with years of experience and success. You also need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels. In addition you need to be self motivated and target orientated with the ability to motivate others to achieve outstanding results.
