RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATION

 



Busy Darlinghurst office requires a team player to assist in the day to day administration and reception duties. We are seeking a dynamic self starter with excellent communication and computer skills to assist with all aspects of real estate admin/reception duties.

The successful applicant will possess:

- Exceptional presentation

- Outstanding communication skills & attention to detail

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Professional phone manner

- Competent in Microsoft word and Excel

Duties include:

- Answering ????? ?????

- Typing all documents for the property management and sales divisions

- Updating of relevant websites

- Assisting in End of Month

- General reception duties
